What is Muda®Row?

Muda®Row is an online workout app that provides a full body workout for everyone who can workout at home, in a gym or anywhere in use of a rowing machine.

After signing up, you can access various workout videos and live classes where you always have a full body workout.

No! While our workouts focus on rowing, we also offer strength, endurance, and HIIT workouts that can be done with or without a rowing machine.

Each session is 45 minutes long, combining strength, endurance, and cardio for a complete workout experience.

Account and subscription

How do I create an account?

You can create an account on our website www.mudarow.com. After creating your account you can choose your subscription, duration and payment method. When you have completed the steps, you can download the app via App Store, login and start your first workout

We offer a month, half yearly and yearly subscription where you will benefit every month from 9 new training sessions where you will be guided by one of our trainers from start till the end of the workout.

Yes, we offer 2 workouts and 1 test for free to explore if the Muda Row app suits you. You can sign up and explore these features without any charges during this period. You can only try them once. If you want to do more workouts, please go to our website and choose a subscription. 

Yes! If you choose the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. The 6-month and 12-month plans are prepaid and non-refundable.

What types of workouts are available?

We offer a variety of workouts including specific stamina training, strength training and HIIT workouts. To improve your skills we offer a wide range of technical training. Go to www.mudarow.com/workouts for more information.

Absolutely! Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels. You’ll receive expert guidance to help you progress at your own pace.

Yes, you can download your favorite workouts to watch offline.

Yes you can ‘heart’ a workout. And in the future we load the most favorite workouts. 

On the first day of every month you can find the new training sessions in the trainingzone. 

Pesonalization

How do i get a personalized workout plan?

After signing up, you’ll be prompted to complete a fitness assessment. Based on your answers, we’ll give you advice which training is good for you and to work on. 

Yes, the app includes a progress tracker where you can log your workouts, track your performance, and see your improvements over time.

Yes, our app integrates with several popular (fitness) apps, like Strava.

Technical support

What devices are compatible with Muda®Row?

Our app is compatible with all smartphones and tablets running iOS or Android. You can also access our platform through a web browser on your computer

To reset your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset.

Billing and payments

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment information in the “Account Settings” section under “Billing.”

We offer refunds in accordance with our refund policy, which you can find in the “Terms and Conditions” section of our app.
