Yes! We offer strength, endurance and HIIT workouts by using the rowing machine. We combine rowing with floor exercises.
Each session is 45 minutes long, combining strength, endurance, and cardio for a complete workout experience.
You can create an account on our website www.mudarow.com. After creating your account you can choose your subscription, duration and payment method. When you have completed the steps, you can download the app via App Store, login and start your first workout
We offer a month, 6-month and yearly subscription where you will benefit every month from new training sessions where you will be guided by one of our trainers from start till the end of the workout.

Yes, we offer 2 workouts and 1 test for free to explore if Muda®Row suits you. You can sign up and explore these features without any charges during this period. You can only try them once. If you want to do more workouts, please go to our website and choose a subscription.
